Whether you’re preparing for fashion school applications, college admissions, internships, career opportunities, or simply building a stronger professional portfolio, our Fashion Portfolio Development sessions are completely customized around YOU, your goals, and your creative direction. Each session is one-on-one and hands-on, allowing us to focus on exactly what your portfolio needs. Depending on your goals, sessions may include: • Portfolio planning & creative direction • Research, concepts & mood boards • Design and collection development • Fashion illustration & technical flats • Fabric, color & textile development • Pattern making, sewing & garment construction • School-specific portfolio requirements • Portfolio editing, layout & final presentation PLEASE NOTE: This listing is for ONE individual Portfolio Development session. 💗 RECOMMENDED FIRST STEP Before beginning Portfolio Development, we highly recommend booking our 60-Minute Portfolio Planning & Review Session first. During this session, we’ll review your current work, discuss your target schools or career goals, identify what your portfolio may be missing, and create a personalized roadmap for moving forward. WANT A FULL CUSTOM PORTFOLIO MENTORSHIP? For students looking to develop a complete portfolio from beginning to end, we offer customized Portfolio Development Mentorships. We recommend starting with 10 sessions so we have enough time to develop your concepts, strengthen your technical and creative work, complete projects, and build a cohesive final portfolio. Cancellation Policy
THE WAN Sewing Studios – Class Policies Please read carefully before booking. By enrolling in any class, workshop, bootcamp, private lesson, or special event with THE WAN Sewing Studios, you agree to the following policies: BOOKING & PAYMENT • Full payment is required to reserve your spot. • Due to limited class sizes, all bookings are final. • Your reservation secures one of a limited number of seats and prevents that spot from being offered to another student. REFUND POLICY • All classes, workshops, bootcamps, private lessons, events, and certificate programs are non-refundable. • Refunds will not be issued for missed classes, scheduling conflicts, travel plans, illness, work obligations, late arrivals, or no-shows. TRANSFER & RESCHEDULING POLICY • All bookings are non-transferable. • Bookings may not be transferred to another date, class, service, or person unless approved in writing by THE WAN Sewing Studios. • Missed classes do not qualify for makeup sessions, credits, or future class transfers. ATTENDANCE & LATE ARRIVAL POLICY • Students are encouraged to arrive 5–10 minutes early. • A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. • Students arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time may not be permitted to join the class. • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in forfeiture of the session without refund, credit, transfer, or makeup class. NO-SHOW POLICY • Students who fail to attend a scheduled class without prior communication will be considered a no-show. • No-shows automatically forfeit their reservation and are not eligible for refunds, credits, transfers, or makeup sessions. CLASS CANCELLATION BY THE WAN SEWING STUDIOS • In the rare event that THE WAN Sewing Studios must cancel a class due to instructor illness, emergency, low enrollment, or circumstances beyond our control, students will be offered a makeup session, studio credit, or alternative solution at our discretion. STUDIO RESPECT & COMMUNITY • We are committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and creative learning environment for all students. • Disruptive, disrespectful, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class without refund. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
